Sen Sendjaya is a Leadership lecturer at Swinburne Business School, Australia. He holds a Ph.D. in the field of Servant Leadership from Monash University in 2005. Sen serves as an elder and preaching pastor for the Indonesian congregation at Scots’ Presbyterian Church, Melbourne, Australia.

Sen is the author of leadership books including “Personal and Organizational Excellence through Servant Leadership” (Springer, 2015), “Be a Leader for Christ” (Perkantas, 2016) and “Leadership Redeemed” (Routledge, 2019).

In the teaching field, Sen trains many top leaders from companies, governments, universities, schools, and churches in Australia, America, China and Indonesia. The quality of its teaching has received many awards, most recently the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Management Best Educator Award 2017.
